Caciotta Plain - Semi Hard

The unmistakable milk and fresh butter aroma of Paesanella Caciotta is a fresh, simple, semi-soft and milky mild cheese.

Made using 100% cow's milk and made in the traditional rural Neapolitan way, Paesanella Caciotta is a definite alternative to the usual table cheese.
