Cherry Bocconcini / Paesanella

Treat yourself to the miniature version of the "Champion" Bocconcini as well as the multi gold medal winning taste that is Paesanella Cherry Bocconcini.

There is no cherry fruit, taste or colour added to the Bocconcini cheese as the term "cherry" merely reflects the similarity of the size that each ball is made in comparison to a cherry.

It maintains its freshness as a product being suspended in water.

Being semi-soft, elastically textured and suspended in water, it allows the cheese to exhibit its delicate flavour.

This cheese goes well for the preparation of anti-pasta dishes, pizza's, with salads, dips and various side dishes to complement mains.
