Fresco - Semi Hard

Fresco is the new name for a product formerly called Pecorino Fresco. However, using the name "Pecorino" is now reserved for 100% sheep's milk cheese.

Paesanella Fresco is made from 100% cow's milk and made in a similar way to its sheep milk variant with the exception of a higher moisture content and milder taste.

It has a mild, tangy and sweet melt in your mouth smoothness.

It is suitable as a table cheese, mixed in with pasta dishes and sauces, and is a welcome addition to any cheese platter.
