Provola Affumicato - Stretched Curd

Just like a Mozzarella with a smoked taste. Italy's world renowned cheese, Mozzarella is smoked naturally the Paesanella way for added flavour.

Originally, Mozzarella was made using buffalo milk but today it is predominantly made from cow's milk.

It has a semi soft, elastic texture, is drier and has the tangy smoked flavour unlike the other delicately flavoured stretched curd cheeses.

This style of Mozzarella is best for cooking and is popular for grilled recipes because of its excellent melting qualities.
