Fresh Ricotta / Paesanella

Paesanella only uses pure cow's milk in the Neapolitan way to make our fresh ricotta. Fresh Ricotta cheese is smoother than cottage cheese but slightly grainy, is white, moist and has a mild sweet flavour.

Ricotta is a popular ingredient in many Italian recipes like Lasagna, Manicotti, Cassata, Cheesecake and dips.
