Scamorza - Streched Curd

It is part of the stretched curd family of cheeses but is a more firm and a slightly salty mozzarella.

Paesanella Scamorza is an Italian cheese that is usually made from whole cow's milk.

Scamorza can be used in the same way as mozzarella for a table cheese or in cooking.
