Stracchino - Fresh Ripened

Paesanella Stracchino is a soft cow's milk semi-cooked cheese that has a hard exterior with a rich creamy centre and is made in wheels of approximately 500 gram each.

This hand made cheese is available all year round and is matured for two weeks in the Paesanella way.

The fresh acidity flavour of Stracchino is an excellent complement to fruit and nuts and makes the perfect base for spreads and sauces.
